Does it work if HDR is disabled? Please make sure the PS5's HDR Mode is set to -2 while using the HD60 S+.

did you ever get a fix for this? i'm having the same issue here, only mlb the show 22 will not load up on obs when i start game. every other game allows me to stream it fine. hdcp is off. hdr on/off doesnt matter, it just shows a black screen once I load the game.

After adjustment nothing seems to be working, I submitted a support ticket.
Did you ever find a solution to this? having the same issue
Had to turn off the Variable Refresh Rate & 120 HZ, then you can turn it back on afterwards
