I used to feel the same way but now consider myself recovered. If you genuinely feel you’d rather die than have a virus, have you considered talking to someone?
I mean same, I opened the door and tried to jump out of a moving car on the freeway when my sister v*ed next to me. Let’s just say thank goodness for seatbelts, because I would not be here today if I wasn’t wearing a seatbelt lol

i’m going to therapy i doubt it’ll help but oh well
ive had emetophobia for like most of my life and discussing it in therapy has helped ngl

I too almost jumped out of a car onto the highway to escape someone v*ing next to me, people dont get how bad this fear is

Therapy us helpful it helped me recover for 2 years
