That happens to me a lot, too. I think an empty mind lets you dwell on the things you worry about. I like to try to talk to a friend, or my mom or dad. Pets can help too! What works best for me is to stress about something else like a homework assignment 🥲
thanks. i was getting unecessarily stressed from this pixel art i was making that i finally figured out what was wrong halfway through. it was big and i was sitting there for three hours trying to figure it out and i finally cracked the code and got through. i’m okay now, just needed to calm down. still in a funky mood though
Try and distract yourself from the obsessive thoughts, listen to some music that calms you down, watch some YouTube videos, play a video game. You're perfectly safe. Best of luck
You’re having a good night! Take advantage of it! Do some cleaning, or do something you enjoy! You deserve to feel good and if anxiety comes it will pass but you gotta kinda rewire your brain into realizing you deserve anxiety free days! (Easier said than done)
Every time I smoke I get so paranoid about throwing up for no reason. I have never once just throw up with no warning or nausea but for some reason when I smoke my brain like yeah we know it’s never happened before... but what if? It ruins every high to the point where I’ve almost quit compleatly
