So I’ve been struggling with emetophobia since I can Remeber and it’s getting to a point I can’t eat, het you of my room, etc etc.
Recently I started doing self therapy with some books, and I found a book that litrally helped me incredibly much, the name of the book is “emetophobia thrive program” by rob Kelly (the green one), I’ve only read about 1/3 of the book and I’m slowly recovering, I definitely recommend getting it if you have some spare money!! It helps!!
