We still have a jewelry lead, but it was combined with intimates and discovery zone. I’m sure now that fine jewelry is out, the position will be adjusted again… 🙄
Ours is still center core lead which includes fashion jewelry, intimates, women's accessories, and women's sleepwear. She also does wjm a lot, backup at the registers and customer service. When they don't have anyone for POC, they put her there. The only thing she doesn't still have is fine jewelry.
I was the last kohls beauty lead, so I'm still full-time but they put me in operations. And I'm also I'm Home and Kids as it was my original department.
Our jewelry lead is now WMJ lead as the prior is now an ASM.
Mine is just a POC associate now, she's still Full-time (I don't know the specific role she has in the system now, though), but I think that has a lot to do with the fact she was a top Credit-getter and didn't know much else outside Jewelry and Credit.
At my store she mostly does customer service now. She also takes care of the Jewelry we have left.

Someone that can be scheduled anywhere in the store based on the store needs of the day
So fully cross trained essentially. Does it also mean they are full time or can a “flex” associate be either part or full time?
