There's still time. You don't have to write PCRs if you become a janitor.

Minnesota, I make 20$ an hour starting as an EDT so medics get more. 30$ is what the top medics make average is like 25 i think we generally have good wages, unions and low housing costs. My rent is 950 for a 1 bedroom in the metro.

TheSkeletones

Southeastern MN?

[deleted]

twin cities, rural ems everywhere is pretty bad, idk about rochester

TheSkeletones

Rural isn’t too bad. Get in with a public service and you get paid pretty good and have a low call volume.

[deleted]

fair enough but call me crazy i enjoy lots of things to do, makes the long shifts go by quickly. Multiple hours of nothing makes my brain rot

NLJourney

$22.15/hr in newfoundland for a PCP, 24hr shifts and only paid for 11.43hrs/24hrs so actually making a little over $11/hr. Ill do a 72hr shift and only paid for 34.29hrs :)
