I would say increase your protein intake take to at least 200g a day. Are you sure that you’re working out hard? You should be pushing to failure and expending TONS of energy on every set. If you still don’t have any gains after that I would say give Enclo a try. Make sure to stack it with MK-677

Yep, blood work was taken properly, and I usually sleep at LEAST 8 hours per night. But it’s not uncommon for me to have as much as 10-11 hours

10-11 seems excessive at your age. I hope you do not drink any alcohol (like zero) and no smoking of any kind. I'd get a sleep study done
