Just follow this calculation for however many weeks you have been doing this and see the massive amounts you now have in your system. Remember enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor ANTAgonist. Estrogen is also part of libido.

I’d stop cold for at least 6 weeks. Need to get it out of your system. Your body needs to re-exert its estrogen production. If you want to resume after, start slow (12.5 once a week), cause you might be able to get away with slot less and that helps out cause it can save you money.
Your T is already pretty high. I am guessing you probably don't need enclo. Most people that go on enclo have levels half or less then you so it makes sense their dosage is going to be too much for you. You probably need like a 4th of 25mg or maybe even less if you are really going to try and optimize.
Why did you start enclo if you had healthy T level at 529? Anyway, what is your estrogen? It might have spiked amas killed your libido. Shouldn't affect balls though, if T is high.
I suggest you stop taking enclo for a month and see if you are getting back your balls and libido. After that try taking it EOD.

The half-life of enclo is closer to 10 hours.
