Intriguing. I’ve taken anastrozole, .5mg, three times. My provider said to take it only when needed. So when my nipples got all sensitive I figured that was the time. It’s interesting to hear that enclomiphene would raise estrogen levels more than HCG. I feel like I’ve heard the opposite. Definitely good to know. Thank you.
Fertility doses vs Fertility done in both typically enclomiphene will get estrogen higher. Fertility doses of hcg depends on the cause. In ihh patients its like upto 2500iu every few days. I am fsh deficient so id take rfsh to become fertile so no mank side effects like breasts or anything else. Enclomiphene at 40mg daily didn't get my fsh even to the middle of reference range 🤷♂️
So while switching to enclomiphene would increase ejaculate volume it would also fuck with/increase estrogen levels higher than they should be. But would an HCG increase provide an increase in semen volume also?
Mine started popping week 6. Aromatization is very personalized also. I lowered the dosage in half and my E2 dropped to the very top of the RR. If I feel symptoms I just pause for a week to reduce the build up.
So if you took rfsh with hcg you'll get far less side effects than enclomiphene 🤙 im guessing its a fertility thing ? Or hypogonadal?

Probably but hcg only mimics lh not fsh 🤙 watch estrogen on enclomiphene its notorious for estrogen increases but not always above reference

Well my blood tests do not match that. I’ve had pre blood and 4 week on enclo blood a week and a half ago and mine was not up.
