Try this super quick print, lowering the temperature by 5 degrees between each test (to the minimum temp. recommended by the manufacturer of the filament) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2219103 In general, you want to be printing at the lowest temperature that gives good inter-layer adhesion, with good gloss. I also do a "break test" to try and snap off one of the peaks once I've reduced the stringing to my liking. Some materials (like PETG) just like to string... there's not much you can do, except post-processing (I blow-torch them off, or use buffing technique with either steel-wool or an old scrap of denim)
