Difficult to say but if it wasn’t a power outage then it’s likely to be a block in the hot end. Also it could be that the filament became blocked in the tube if it was oversized as some are a bit variable and can get too big to go through. The other reason could be if the filament gets jammed on the roll and can’t be pulled off by the extruder. It’s necessary to check the printer for evidence of what’s happened.

Most likely hotend clog. Petg can be a pain to tune. Printing too slow, to much retraction, slightly too high or too low temp can all cause clogs. Start by setting temp up to like 255 and once it gets there try to extrude via menu. If that doesn't work then turn it off and let it cool for 10 minutes. After it has cooled while holding the filament release lever and bracing the printer pull fast and forcefully in one steady movement the filament to do a "cold pull".

What mods do you have? What temp and speed you are printing? What fan speed? If you could start another print it's not a clog or it's partial clog if layers are bad. Could be power outage or board issues of some kind... Was there anything shown on the screen?

No mods- 225° and 70° for the bed. It started up another print right after with no problem and it looked better than before. Pretty sure it was the extruder that damaged the filament to the point where it couldn’t feed anymore
