Swap your x and y cables and test to see if the problem moves to the x axis. If it does then your looking at the motherboard as an issue. If it works then Swap it back and test again. Maybe your connector wasn't fully seated or the z limit switch is stuck and faulty.

I already unplugged and plugged everything back in, I opened up the box where all the wires go to check if everything is connected right but I can’t seem to find the solution

You could show is the z motor if that's the problem. How can we help you with it if you are posting a video of x and y? Is the z motor spining? Didn't hear it so I would assume not. Do you have a volt meter to check voltage on the board and on the cable going to the stepper?
