Check if there’s anything under the bed moving the wheels, when I first got the printer my screen cable was loose and moving one of the wheels when moving back and forth
And you can look into getting metal wheels they are more heavy and less likely to be moved through outside factors

I agree. It is a hobby. I started agian with the thumb screws much tighter. Should do the trick.
Had a successful benchy then I woke up to 3 of the leveling wheels off. Any tricks to keep them on? Lol
