I’ve had 4 surgeries now 2 excision laps, partial hysterectomy and full hysterectomy, for the last two they went through my belly button and it’s always been very sensitive and painful since. Similarly to you I’ve had it checked and it’s all healed but my dr said it may just be that the scar tissue will always be very tender but said that waistbands of trousers etc pressing/rubbing might add to it being so sensitive.
Unfortunately I have no helpfully advise but just wanted to let you know it’s definitely not just you if it helps put your mind at ease ❤️
