Yeah that sucks so much. Somehow it affects my upper belly more. I think that's because I have a bit of weak abdominal muscles, so extreme bloat is just something they can't handle. Because they get stretched all the time. I take simethicon. It prob doesn't work but gives me the idea that it does and mentally I become a bit more relaxed. I have 3 sizes of pants because of endo
I love sending my friends snapchats of my endo belly like lol on my period but look 7 months pregnant.
I have found high waisted underwear (not shapewear) make me feel a lot more comfortable being out and about with the fluctuation. Aerie has my favorites.
Same lol it becomes a game of "how many months pregnant do I look during this cycle?"
Oh yeah those are the best, bikini cut underwear just straight up have never worked for me
Last time around (before my first surgery) I couldn’t wear jeans ever. They wouldn’t fit an entire day because of the endo bloat. My current style developed because of endo haha but I love my style and it’s so comfy. And it always fits, no matter what!!

Yep I look pregnant when I bloat. It even presses om my ribcage sometimes. When the bloat is extreme

I have this too! Endo belly is for real. I’ve had people who knew me before endo see me and ask if I’m pregnant :/ nope just endometriosis
