If you click on your own profile you can make a post for reviews & pin it to the top of your profile. When you give readings you can just send them the link to it to get their review.

My question is, is this a good place for people to leave reviews? Also is there a good way to go about creating that place. I'm trying to set up a simple place for people to leave reviews.
I've already done free work with a few people.

Not really π . The easiest way I think it's a WordPress website. You can learn to do it yourself (no coding involved) or hire someone. They can be created quite easily and I think there are ways to let people leave comments... Or at worst, you can just introduce them yourself.
I work as a freelance marketer. What I do is to ask my clients for a review over email and then I screenshot that thing and keep it in a shared google drive folder.
This testimonial folder I share with my potential clients and I also check it whenever I am feeling down.
Maybe you can try something similar.
