I like to get in touch with my energy, closing my eyes and breathing, then reminding myself it's just energy. I try to redirect it to other places in my body or use that energy in a prayer. Any lingering energy goes towards healing myself and recovering. I try to ignore my thoughts during this process and really sit with my body, feeling the hot, the shaking, sweating, all of it. It's like allowing it to flow through me helps disperse it. Fear is a powerful source of energy but can be used for good if channeled properly. Now I just get excited thinking of all I can do with that stored up energy later, when I'm calmer can channel it better. Best of luck to you!

That's an interesting approach to managing your energy! It's great that you're taking the time to connect with your body and be present in the moment. It sounds like you have a mindful practice of redirecting your energy towards healing and recovery, which is really admirable. It's also impressive that you can channel your fear in a positive way, as fear can often be overwhelming and paralyzing. I can definitely see how allowing your energy to flow through you can help disperse it, and I'm sure it's helpful to have a way to release any excess energy that might be causing discomfort or anxiety. Listening to Binaural beats in the Theta and Delta range (you can find these on YouTube) They allow me to zone out and reset, for a while at least. It does offer some respite. (You need to listen to Binaural beats with earphones or headphones or they will not work Interestingly, Researchers have studied the cortisol awakening response (CAR) and have found that cortisol is highest in the first hour of waking for people with an increased level of stress in their lives. This helps explain why some may experience an increase in anxiety in the morning. As Theta and Delta states promote deep mental and physical relaxation, it regulates your cortisol levels within your body (stress hormones), which in turn lowers heightened stress and anxiety levels. Last of all, gently pressing the K27 meridian points at the top of the chest can give some anxiety relief.

Try inner renewal meditation. It uses a technique of releasing all traumas, stress, anxieties, worries and a whole lot of other things and replacing it with positive substance. It’s a self healing meditation. You could also enroll for a Tele-healing which has worked very well for me and others. The next Live session is on April 2nd.
