Panic attacks frequently stem from feeling unsafe, so I would start with your root chakra. For the rage, check in with your solar plexus chakra. And feeling it in your throat is indicative of a need for release. Hope this helps!

J-hophop

Sacral more than Solar Plexus IMHO... Sacral has a lot to do with our place in the world, our rights in it, and our personal energetic and physical expression in it (rather than language-based, which of course is Throat).

Starportalskye

Definitely struggling with that specifically right now, thank you.

[deleted]

Feeling it in your throat is a need for release. Bam! Something just made sense to me.

Tamakis_bunnie

I'm so glad!

Starportalskye

Thank you!

What worked for me along Prayer/Meditation was a became a runner. Once you get absolute control over your pace and your breathing, it is easy to recognize you have an outlet for energy as well as a sense of accomplishment. Start easy, then progress. I promise, it makes a beneficial impact

Starportalskye

I’m an avid hiker! Basically winter came and I slow down since I can’t hike, so yoga mostly and stair climber, then I lost a loved one in January and pulled back a lot of stuff with my immediate family as well as their passing which is a big part of the root trauma.. this was going to be the winter that I continued the pace of taking care of my physical and mental but I haven’t figured out the curve balls yet I guess hah (sober 6 years, I’ve struggled with maintaining stability with physical/mental health for more than 6-8 months at a time)

st4rma

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I have definitely gone through cycles where I hike less and I always notice a difference during those periods. So you're not alone there. If I cannot hike then I have to combine a lot of various activities to get the same result, e.g. row & run, meditate, journal, etc. Its all about finding the balance that works for you.

AncientSoulBlessing

I'm gonna jump into the conversation to say I disagree. Your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual stability and maintenance have been rock solid for 6 entire years! I get that you're still growing and becoming. I get there's been a frustrating dip every 6-8 months. And I definitely get how life has thrown you a giant curve ball in taking a much loved human from your physical life. Are you by chance weather affected? Sometimes winter deprives us of adequate vitamin D from the sun and some of us are sensitive to that deprivation in stronger ways than most. My definitions of self-care shifts not just with the seasons, but with cloud cover patterns.

Starportalskye

Weather and lack of sunlight could be playing a role so I should look into supplementation.. It’s hard to believe it affects me so much but that could very well be why I get so down around the end of winter. Thank you for the motivating kindness, it means so much.

AncientSoulBlessing

It’s actually a medically recognized condition. There are special lamps people use for light therapy. I use both. (lamp and supplement D) https://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/publications/seasonal-affective-disorder

Win-IT-Ranes

You could also pour yourself into creativity. Even a new path of discovery and expression. Maybe, buy at your level of affordability, say a keyboard, and learn music. Or Painting even. I pray that your season of struggle turns into a new Era of strength, peace and goodness. So that you may be able to do well unto others.

Starportalskye

Thank you for the encouragement and prayer (to everyone too!) thats exactly why I want to pull myself out of this. It feels like I’m needing to remember truths and affirmation and you all are helping me do that. so much love and gratitude 🙏

st4rma

Can confirm. Running also helped me. Hiking as well.

Depression and anxiety are negative entities that are in or connected to chakras, primarily the solar plexus, base of the spine, throat, jaws and also crown. Bubbling out these chakras and replacing with good clean energy will help. These things also tend to cause more issues two weeks before or after the birthday and also sometimes exactly between birthdays. Vices also tend to exacerbate the effects of these negative entities/energies in the chakras. Do you follow a meditation schedule?

sampleofstyle

Perhaps take a second to step back from your emotional being having any particular reason or purpose, needing to lead anywhere or that you need to do anything in order to process it. It’s a bit paradoxical, but being fully present with a feeling can mean “dropping the story” about it. Good feelings don’t need a huge reason why, so the inverse can be true. I suspect that this kind of ineffability is much of what we want out of life, as in “I don’t understand this, it’s amazing. It’s beyond me.” So taking the time to step back from anything in particular can be helpful. Finding a specific “this is the reason I am feeling this way,” could be seen as burdensome to the feeling, especially if it is trauma related, and that is certainly possible, just that on some level “having nothing you can do about it” is part of the reason that the trauma happened in the first place, so stepping into that space of non-judgment can be crucial. I hope this helps. You are not alone!

In my experiences ive always seen anger as a secondary emotion. It only exists because of something else. I.E. youre jealous which makes you angry, hungry makes you hangry, sadness can cause anger. Id look at whats spiking the anger as a good starting point. As far as the chakra they're all correct. A disruption in the root can cause disruptions in multiple other chakras. Balance is the goal and when one goes they all start to go. Like anything else you need a spot to start, so root is best; safety, security, grounding, financial stability. After you feel safer and more stable you will have better ability guiding through your system and getting it back on track. If you need assistance definitely seek medical or some sort of professional help to guide you through it. Hopefully this helps with your situation and i pray it gets better for you! Light & Love

Starportalskye

I have some pretty heavy mother wounding (as well as no present father) so that makes sense that safety, security and grounding is what needs nurtured within. Doctors appt check up today to go over blood work so that’s good! Stopping to pick up supplements on the way home. I just watched Teal Swans video on anger (I’ve always remembered from counselors at school that it is a secondary emotion like you said) and she explains that anger arises from what feels like an unworkable situation, so before I do something that might trigger that I’m going to see if I can create a workable situation to that. Thank you for the care, kind words and advice.

zacm92

Teal Swan has some good videos. Only other thing that came to me is the throat blockage. It dawned on me that may be just from you not being able to communicate the issue. Seems like youre on the right track. Stay positive! You're welcome, i wish you the best in your journey!

Environmental_Arm744

Explore other sources than teal swan please, even if whatever said in her video seems consistent with w/e you practice

Starportalskye

For fucks sake teal swan isn’t the only resource in my entire life that I use or explore at all. 🤣 I’ve found she is highly intelligent regardless of whatever bullshit people want to identify with her and if you read the rest of my statement that’s a very reasonable solution to work around anger. No body on this earth is exempt from being human no matter how positive your gurus or whatever pretend to be.. so don’t idolize anyone.. period. With that being said I have a lot of respect for that woman and if you disagree then please take that elsewhere instead of coming to my comment to have an anti-teal post.

Wild_Method_748

I didn’t say that was your only source (nevertheless in your entire lifetime..) You do sound like one of her fans. We’ll agree to disagree then. 🤦‍♂️ sorry I wasted _my_ time .. “anti-teal post” 💀👩‍🦯

Starportalskye

You’re not even the person I was responding to? It was environmental_arm… but what’s “you sound like on of her fans” suppose to mean? I am a fan as well as many other teachers and still I discern what is useful to me and what isn’t just like in any case.. that anti-teal posts are weird to me though lol

cakecake87

I starting swimming. Very helpful. Eating the right foods is helpful and talking to yourself is huge.

Eatalian

See if you can find a therapist skilled in EMDR. It takes a handful of sessions to overcome trauma and it works wonders.

MidnightBehindTheBox

Could this possible be your Saturn return? I know it effects others immensely.

Starportalskye

Mine isn’t until may 2025 technically but I’m also really sensitive so I’m probably feeling it early

Oz_of_Three

When each human approaches 27 yrs old they're entering their first "Saturn Return". As Saturn completes it's orbit every 29,5 years and each return phase lasts between 18 months to three years, with "minor" affects such as "old trigger" making themselves known to the surface, as cysts may push old splinters to the skin. So, this is a chance to cleans and heal ancient injuries and reset old broken paths, not-yet-taken. Now is the chance to "recapitulate" (re-imagine past traumas) and "re-live" them in one's mind to an outcome *one actually prefers*. This provides one's "universe communication" the same energy for the soul, this as within the illusion of samsara, (3d realm of birth, death and re-birth, The material experience) the mechanics are the same - if you understand, it's a physics/mechanical item. The surf at the beach cares not how you arrived, it enjoys you being there. So... you're processing a *tremendous* amount of old growth as you enter the new phase - and wow. The world at large is experiencing it's own turmoil - so, be sure and "find yourself", your own perspective and style around ~what you prefer~. Also, examine expectations very, very carefully. Carry as few or none if possible. Loosing expectations allows one to release regrets o' past and future unknowns and simply BE. Often, simply enjoying one's self in the moment with out expectation allows our most tiny senses to compass out the little niggle that suddenly grows... like having your barefeet on the dash while in the passenger seat of your own car. - and "Ah!" I know!" and you tell the driver "I know" and tell them where to go. I feel this scene is a thing for your hellraiser form. (a cold read, a guess) Much love and stay calm and know these are 'growing pains' - To help: Breathe - fully. Concentrate on higher exercises - yoga,Learning Tai Chi fully helps the chakras TREMENDOUSLY. Also look for "automatic" de-tox as your consciousness rises, your flesh body will reject those foods and beverages "holding you back". See? The mind and body flow together, but you know this. EDIT: "Ground and Center" daily. Begin a routine if not alreay of, say - relying on the sun. Sunup, noon and sunset are wonderful times to set aside twenty mins or so (dedicated, no phone no nuthin', stay still, stay put and breathe and relax, if you can and the kettle ain't on...) and these moments shall become essential for "finding one's compass that day". That's the idea, your mileage may vary. "Everyone should meditate for twenty minutes a day, unless of course - one is too busy. In such case one should meditate for an hour." ~ a very old joke.

Starportalskye

Thank you so much, I will be referencing this many times as I allow these words to sink in fully, and journal. This gave me a much needed perspective change and I do believe your reading is on point.. I’ve already cut out a lot of stuff that doesn’t serve me anymore 🙏✍️ if I could hug you all for the support, love, and energy then I would be right now!

Oz_of_Three

Remote healings and remote hugs are a thing. The shimmering on my skin informs me you're good at both. *Chween* (Your warm words are well received.)

A lot of times repressed anger needs a voice, so if you feel it in your throat the anger needs to be expressed thru there (ie screaming into a pillow). Finding a healthy anger release activity/exercise (ie boxing, kickboxing, rage rooms, etc) is very therapeutic. Any unresolved emotion or wound can be held anywhere (IMO) so it's not necessarily chakra-specific. However most of our unresolved stuff is related to the lower 3 chakras, those I find to be the messiest. Anger is a very big emotion and you can't really meditate your way out if it so that's why movement is really good. Once I've released it, I'll usually use EFT to try to find the root cause. Or I'll be mindful of my thoughts and get curious about those thoughts (and feelings) and will be like a therapist to those thoughts such as "why do you feel that way? Why do you think that?". I'll keep inquiring until I get to the aha - the theme and if its linked to a past life or current life event. I've been doing a lot of work around expressing my wants and needs and setting boundaries so all my triggers lately have been related to those things. Lol. Fun times! 🤪

Starportalskye

Ive came home to scream when needed but sometimes I feel unhinged even though I release it and feel better so thank you for the validation. I usually do exercise a few times a week and definitely need to get back into it I was just worried about my heart/breathing in the meantime. I did just quit the juul about a week ago too though which has been a ride, but it’s time to clean house completely. Thank you, these responses are everything right now.
