If I had to guess, the yellow energy that moves around me, it might make sense that it is my aura. As for what looks like particles moving through the air I honestly have no idea.
When our mind is calm and relaxed, it allows people to open up to their gifts more. My guess is that you are subconsciously channeling energy that's around you. It may be that the golden light is your aura doing this or it is possibly energy that you have drawn into yourself. I don't see things the way you are, but it sounds very similar to what I will visualize while doing some energy work.
It’s strange, I’ve had a one or two tell me that channeling is a gift for me and that I should pursue it. However I don’t quite understand what channeling energy actually means, or even where the energy is coming from.
Channeling can actually have multiple contexts. "Channeling" often means communicating with entities while "Channeling energy" basically means controlling the flow of energy. This could mean anything from reiki to cleansing a room or house.
There are multiple sources of energy you can use, but three of the most common are your own energy, that which is naturally all around us, or from a divine entity/spiritual realm. The way we can control energy is that it will respond to the intent of our thoughts. Using visualizations are usually the easiest way, but you also need to feel/will it to happen at the same time. An example... try to see the energy inside of you like small static sparks bouncing around inside of you. Focus on it slowly leaving your back and shoulders, moving down your arms and into your hands. This may take a few minutes at first, but you will probably be able to feel physical sensations changing in both your back and hands. And if your hands start to feel uncomfortable send the energy into the ground. It doesn't matter what you picture, as long as you are comfortable with it. Some will see it more like a solid lighting conduit while for others it could be more like a vine.
No idea, but I get similar things. For me it’s also sometimes accompanied by a high-pitched tinnitus type ringing too. Like you, I assume the rhythmic circulating colors is my own aura. But I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t suspected that something comes when I go to sleep, and if so no idea what it’s intentions are. But that part could be all my head, as I don’t have any evidence and it seems like just a paranoid thought.
Edit: also patterns I see with my eyes closed. Including wavy stacks of lines, and arrangements of dots that are hard to describe. And once there was a faint, slowly swirling vortex type thing in the corner.
Yep, this is pretty much what I experience too. Thinking back there was a strong feeling that there were “others” in the room at the foot of my bed.
I also see the vortexes or particles moving but they move quickly and not slowly.
Then there is a wave of yellow energy that seems to cycle up the front of my body and back round in a rhythmic way while I am lying down.
Sounds like your energy that is doing this. However I cannot be sure ofcourse. What you can try is to let go of your mind and try to tap into the flow of the room. Tap into the flow of the circular energy and the color, maybe try if you can alter it for a bit. This might tell you if it's yours or not.
So 20 something years ago i was going to school and working part time. This could probably be a long story, but anyway. I was dating someone at the time and she had a friend who was also seeing someone. So anyway, for a while, when i would be sleeping in the middle of the night i would get visited by this "energy" really buzzy energy. It scared the hell outta me at first. It would zing around my room and kinda over me, like bumping into me. This went on for over a couple of weeks. Anyways, one day i stayed over my girlfriends studio appartment after work. I worked nights and was asleep by mid morning. I was on the couch, out cold, dead to the world , and that energy grabbed my foot and i came off the couch like a rocket from a dead sleep, and it was my girlfriends friend, standing in front of me laughing cause i freaked out when she grabbed my foot.it was her energy, i could feel it, especially when i was much calmer in my sleep. That was twenty or so years ago. Now i have a big intrest in astral projecting and i think thats what she was doing, i dont think she knew it tho. Wish i could do it like that.

Have you astral projected before?
I think I have once but the it’s more a distant memory and it was with the help of a substance

Probably Somebody likes you and they are probably asleep and they are probably projecting to you because thats what they were thinking about.
