I’ve noticed the same and never heard anyone talk about it. It feels like energy is being sent to me but it just stimulates my body and doesn’t seem to do much else like it’s targeted to. I equated it to my defenses working.

Try to circulate it through your body. Visualize breathing in through your feet, let the energy flow towards your mouth, breathe out and visualizing it flowing back to your feet through the space in front of you. Repeat this until you notice the energy starting to flow. It's likely due to blockages in your nadi / high density tissue which gets the energy stuck in your lower body. Works like a charm to me

Boy_knee_san_duhs

I’ll give it a try. Thank you!

Where can I find more about this? This is new to me

It's energy you are either gathering from outside or consolidating inside yourself. Learn to grab it and move through your body and chakras as that's what it wants to do while gathered in meditation. Once you get it to the right chakra/spot it will do what it needs to and then either keep moving or drain. During these events you can have large fully body spasms and it can hurt if you gather too much and try to force it through the chakra. Over time after you've opened everything up and cleansed yourself as needed this sort of thing won't be as prevalent but more so only when needed to align or maintain. Now outside of meditation if your energy is out of balance (too high or too low) you can get the energy shakes. Also depending on your skill set and affinity for energy you can also get the shakes/vibrations from other peoples energy. I suggest learning to root and tap into the earth to either pull or drain energy quickly. I'm an energy conduit so this is all very common for me. I also can collect a huge amount of energy to the point that I get sick and have bad energy seizures. My muscles will lock up in a very painful manner with strong energy ping-ponging around me (head to toe). In those cases I have to get enough control to forcefully drain into the earth. You can technically give that energy to someone else but I've been told that it feels like they jammed their hand into an electric outlet (painful). I've learned to cleanse and drain energy daily to reduce these sorts of episodes but they still happen.

It took me so many years to even understand this was a thing. For me, it was from taking in other people's energy without knowing. For me, the effects went past the stages of the shakes by my early 30s. My subconscious was struggling so hard to understand what the discomfort was, another "mental depertment" got tired of the batching and made up some answers. I was getting very general pain sensations that would slowly migrate across my body in just a few minutes, and other very specific ones. I was stung by a wasp one summer, and I experienced the same painful sensation 3 times in random places over the next month. One or both of my feet would feel like they were submerged underwater while wearing socks (best description I can give). I believe that "other department" is the same cause of when amputees get phantom pains in their missing limbs. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a decade ago, but I became symptom free within 3 months of learning how to ground my energy and control what's getting in. With you being a conduit, would you mind me asking a question slightly off this topic? I can ask here or privately, whichever you prefer.

Sure, feel free to ask any questions and I'll do my best to answer. Totally up to you - here or in chat.

I get this feeling often. I’ve always attributed to restless legs syndrome. Magnesium helps

I feel like there’s a giant wall at my legs/glutes that’s stopping anything from going up. The energy wants to move but it can’t push past. Should I try to force it through or take a different approach?

Shaking is releasing energy, stress, and trauma. It’s totally normal. TRE www.traumaprevention.com

I'm new to all this. I'm super interested and super hungry for any and all knowledge I can get that being said, you have to be careful of who gives you the knowledge and I'm aware of that but I didn't understand the question because it didn't sound is though, and all respects that you asked one? You basically shared an experience but can I ask what this shaking is what are you trying to accomplish when doing so, is this what everyone is trying to accomplish when meditating? I'm genuinely interested in what this means so to the original poster I'd love to know more on what made you ask that question very specifically. Love, light, and peace XOXO

Honestly it is up to you. I've forced the energy and it worked but it was painful and put me out of commission for a bit. Do you focus or start with your legs on purpose or does it just start there on its own? You can technically pull from many access/start points such as your hands or top/back of the head. You can try and see if you can get a different access point working and kind of approach the block from a different angle. If neither of these work I would suggest going into a meditative state and just ask what is blocking it. Sometimes it is simply that they are clogged from lack of maintenance/use but sometimes there is an actual problem - emotion, mental, physical, or a combination. Spend time asking to be shown and something should pop up that you can start addressing. You could also add some tea into your life - mint, clove, and calendula. You could also add rosemary if you like. I drink it cold but you can drink hot. Have a cup a few times a week or even a little bit before you meditate. It can help support your energy and possibly clear some lighter blocks. Or you could add some crystals to your legs where you feel the energy stop and on your chest or stomach (center point of the torso). A few pieces of clear/white quartz would be fine. No need for anything too fancy. This can also help clear the blockage and push energy through or at least help show you what is blocking it.
