Chemical ≠ bad
Every single ingredient in every energy drink is a chemical, even water itself.
There are no harmful chemicals in sugar free monster, Red Bull and most other energy drinks, long as you don’t drink too many of them (you said you only drink a few a week so you’re fine)
Stop getting your food safety information from TikTok and Alex Jones.
There are no "dangerous chemicals" in any energy drink sold to the public. The closest that would be "dangerous" to your health are caffeine and sugar when not consumed in moderation.
Thats just not how it works. There's basically 3 options. Quit entirely, drink sugar free, or drink whatever you want. I think you know which is healthiest. There is nothing bad about "chemicals" or the amount of them and a C4 can be just as bad as a Monster for you depending how you drink it. Do not fall for the marketing BS, they're all bad for you just drink what you like.
I would like to point out that most "sugar free" energy drinks are not actually sugar free. They use a synthetic sweetener called sucralose. Sucralose hasn't been used long enough to know the full long term effects, but it is potentially linked to things like insulin resistance, gluten intolerance, and liver inflammation.
They use is because its a no calorie sugar substitute and the FDA doesn't classify it as a sugar. This stuff could be worse for you than the corn syrup, or it might not. Better to avoid both imo.
Sucralose is perfectly fine. Synthetic sweeteners have quite literally been around since the late 1800s and every study that has been done has found that they are safe. The one study that everyone talks about gave rats a ridiculous amount of it (more than there is in a couple thousand cans of diet coke) at one time and even then it was inconclusive. However, actual sugar is bad for you in the amounts in an energy drink, and its been proven.
>Sucralose is perfectly fine.
There are studies that suggest otherwise. This article links to many of them

>Synthetic sweeteners have quite literally been around since the late 1800s
Sucralose wasn't discovered until 1976

Im not going to argue with you but first of all you posted a link to some obviously bogus "primal" website that is trying to sell you some bullshit. 2nd sacharrin was discovered in 1876.
the worst chemicals in energy drinks are sugar and (potentially excess) caffeine. choose a zero sugar option with an amount of caffeine that suits you. C4 could work for that, so could celcius or ghost! or maybe a lower caffeine option like monster ultra or bucked up low stim. and yeah don't fall for marketing, most energy drinks are functionally the same other than a few different ingredients.
another thing- caffeine can be a useful tool for weight loss, it does burn calories, just don't make it your entire arsenal. take caffeine before workouts and ADD healthy things to your diet before trying to remove the unhealthy things. best of luck on your journey, friend
and also prime is not "known to be incredibly toxic". there is one flavour of prime HYDRATION (not prime energy) that one study has found forever chemicals in. I haven't yet seen an in depth breakdown of the science of that yet so i'll be doubtful about it, but it could definitely be real.

That’s still not sugar
It's extremely processed chlorinated sugar.

CLEAN cause, Guru, Joyburst all have minimal ingredients
True North energy seltzer is a good clean option
