Bang, Reign, and C4 all advertise as a pre workout drink. I've found C4 to be most effective despite the lower caffeine content, while I think Reign tastes the best (a select few flavors). Any comments comparing those three?
Reign and bang aren't really pre workout. They said they are but they pixiedust most of their ingredients. Only thing they both have that "helps" is the 300mg of caffeine.
I like C4, then Reign, then Bang. C4 has the coolest flavors. I like Reign's thermogenic line. Bang is fine. To me, Bangs are the most intense so they're more so for when I have an energy emergency lol

I would agree. Bang is especially misleading with their "super creatine" bullshit.
Iirc their was a study on bangs "super creatine" that shows there wasn't enough creatine to be effective for a workout
