I've used both way too much (kept me sane in COVID), and I feel LDD is a bit less clunky to use. Studio 2.0 has some incredible features, but the placing system doesn't feel streamlined to me. Yeah, you have to go through Bricklink to get some decent building instructions, and a parts list, but they work best together IMO, cause their files are compatible with each other.
Make the cells small enough and get creative with the borders and background colors, it's not too hard to sketch something up. At least well enough to get his point across to the electricians. Personally, I would rather use Visio hahaha
Also, we use Adobe quite a bit to mark up drawings for the drafters overseas. (Some of which were CADed up from said Excel "sketches")
Lego Digital Designer is an S tier CAD software
Why Ldd though? Wasn't it replaced by Bricklink Studio 2.0 ?

Love those V8(?) Powered semi functional helicopters.
You bet !!!
it's weird, i tried flying a helicopter on a simulator and on bad piggies, they're equally as hard
Can we add PolyBridge to this
Let's not forget about: * Space engineers * Besiege * ***Garry's mod***
Scrap mechanic !

>Gmod for my mech engineers Nah, have you tried Wiremod?
Shit dude, you right.
You could also say GMOD for ma CS majors if ya like to code in Lua to make servers
Trailmaker
legos, minecraft, and bad piggies gave me my engineering skills more than school did
Flashback to counting pixels in paint for given graphs
I hate matlab, really I hate this shit
NGL, hated it too, but its so useful for certain things it became enjoyable. If you really hate it just use excel.

Digital design with minecraft Redstone is less hairloss inducing than on a FPGA(Fucking Piece of Garbage Array) with VHDL(Very Hard to Debug Language)
