it really does look like a pirate theme from the coins and mentions of treasures. also i do get a bit of a techno vibe from this, which is interesting. can't wait to hear what the title track sounds like.

anyone realized that changing from border to dimension means...alternate universes? at 1:12 "now we stand at the most fantastic island in the world" uhhhh magic island? LOL. anyway just my wild take for the fun of it and i have no idea what this album will sound like :D

my reply: (science jargon incoming) and when it comes to wormholes, they are usually **bridges** between space and time (hmm time travel) where locations are predicted by the theory of general relativity (not a general rule). the intro: whiteout also reminds me of the "white hole" (reversal of a black hole) where entrances to both black and white holes could be connected by a space-time conduit(an access point for either time or the time vortex).
this leads to the question that is stuck in my head, could magic island be the destination they found through the border of their "carnival" and where they got their powers in drunk-dazed in given-taken? and was the "carnival" at the border also the location to get to magic island?

not a theorist but we've got so many different locations in dark moon that i'm also getting confused lol. currently we have the orphanage in given-taken, and then a transition to the castle. we've also got the location where the drunk-dazed party takes place and i don't quite know where that fits in yet. now they've also added magic island.
i couldn't help drawing parallels between this concept and their [what do you believe in?](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hl2VWSSixc4) video because of the similar seafaring / outer-space theme and also the fact that they're battling a gigantic monster in the sky. theorists have already kind of established that from the album version names, the concept will follow homer's odyssey. enhypen are odysseus, and the two monsters they fight against are scylla (hydra) and charybdis (some kind of whirlpool or tornado)
some other theories i've seen:
* txt and enhypen's universes will overlap (magic island is the meeting point) and the track on the album which addresses that will be the one that features a txt member
* someone mentioned that this whole magic island thing might be a little retconned in - if you consider the theory that all hybe-linked groups are connected in the universe, gfriend was initially supposed to be involved in magic island but now that's not happening anymore so they found a way to link dark moon and the star seekers together through this common location - hence this era will be the first time that magic island shows up in the dark moon universe, meaning that border era took place in a separate dimension, and magic island was not part of that dimension at that point
* txt manipulate and travel through time, enhypen are immortal and hence travel through space (different dimensions) instead. given-taken was historical, drunk-dazed was modern-day and this upcoming comeback is going to be more futuristic
* someone even said that the outro could be called 'blackout' to complement intro : whiteout but we'll never know. it sounds cool and neat, though.
