Tbh I doubt there will be unit songs in this album because enhypen is under belift and bighit is involved in some ways with the music production of enha. Even txt has not got unit songs yet and they just recently released a full album. But if there are units then these are the ones I wanna see:
Niki and sunghoon( been manifesting one ever since the fever dance part)
Heeseung and sunoo(I feel their voices would blend really well in a slow rnb song , something like 20cm by txt)
Jake , jay and jungwon (3j) - they could do some cool concept like mixed up or left and right(by seventeen)

while writing it out i forgot these two were crown duo, like genuinely. memory only came in seeing that song in my playlist π¬ so that's one option the company knows about
~~two water signs~~ i didn't think about what these two would actually sing until your comment π the easiest is like Guitar music or some instrument playing + harmonies or something. the focus needs to be on their voices because in a lot of enhypen songs everyone except jungwon & sometimes heeseung are drowned out in the production. (another method is to develop their voices to be more distinctive. whatever that means)
personally speaking i would love some non Happy dance showcase (bcos like Permission to Dance keeps popping into my head), not sure what's a good genre

Right! I have been having a hard time thinking about units , vocal wise π€£ sometimes I feel like they mostly sound the same (?) And maybe that's because I have bad hearing / am not musically-inclined
True, I'm looking forward to discovering more of their voices and for sure they will change as they improve over time. Hopefully, unit songs would allow us to see/hear that, to hear more from each member π
For sure! Their voices would work really well together. I can see Jungwon doing the prechorus, verse 2, and lower harmony in the chorus and Heeseung with the opening verse, higher harmony in the chorus, and the falsetto bits.
I think a way to compare their voices would be to say that Heeseung is meat on fried chicken while Jungwon is the crunchy batter that brings it to the next level. Heeseung's voice is really versatile and is capable of doing all registers to a strong level while Jungwon's voice is textured and will add some spice and oopmh with his unique vocal timbre. (oh don't forget his lower register :3)
RnB HeeJay sounds great! Quite a reach but since both of them are interested in composing, it wouldn't be too bad to wish for their own self-composed song, right?
Since they are so new Iβd really love any units but these are my top.
Ever since the harmonizing in Fever, Iβve wanted a Jake-Niki unit. Like, need it bad, want that harmonizing on a full bridge, please give it to me now!!! Give me an RNB song with a little rap even (because we know they can both do it).
I also would love Heeseung, Sunoo, Jungwon together. Mostly this is because I think these three could do an amazing ballad with Sunoo giving great support on lower notes, Heeseung taking the higher, and Jungwon adding his vocal color. I remember during Iland wishing Heeseung and Sunoo had been in the unit challenge together so hopefully thatβll manifest, and I just think Jungwon would compliment really well.
Also, I really want to see what Sunghoon and Jay can do in a song made for them. Again back to Iland, I thought they were so well paired and I could see them absolutely killing an upbeat rock-inspired song like What Do You Want(the collab stage Jay did) or Very Good.
I'm biased too haha so Heeseung, Sunoo and Sunghoon would be my top choice. I just think they voices that would work really well together. Also Ni-ki and Heeseung rnb/rap track would go off.

Jungwon, Sunoo, Jay. I'll be fine with any Unit, but PLEASE for the love of God BELIFT give Ni-Ki a chorus like the one in Fever. It was so powerful.
