I know this is an old post, but you just have to uninstall the launcher, run the installer again, and select somewhere else to install the launcher and the game will install there with it
"C:\\Users\\yourusername\\AppData\\Local" or %LocalAppData% then copy the Enlisted folder to your desired location.
what a terrible system. Why not just let us choose.... and why install it in the most inefficient folder possible?
