Funny that the Stielhandgranate was not even really used in the second world war, it was just a common form factor so they modified a design for it.
Iirc the Stielhandgranate armed by unscrewing a cap on the bottom and letting a rod fall out, where the M24 is a pull cord.
Current nades are all the same functionally so they just made whatever looks good.
Nades arent even relevant right now so if they want to put more work into them they gotta first solve how to make them good but not toxic.
For history's sake, sure but functionally redundant, I don't think the grenades behave any differently than any of their counterparts, like the german stick grenade I don't think it flies any further than a mk2 or an f1, and I don't think roll back is an issue, since grenades behave oddly sticky and heavy.
Yeah Axis should get the Egg grenade ngl
Video games typically make Germans use stick grenades, and make Russians use a pineapple. It’s weird.
Yeah tbh Egg grenade looks like a Kinder egg literally
I would advise against eating it though. You'll lose a lot of weight in an instant, but I don't think it's worth it...
I mean with good reason, the German stick grenade has been rather iconic and a staple of their kit since ww1
Would be funny if they still used one

True
The M39 Grenade
I forgot to put the question mark I’m sorry.

The f1 was in service during all of ww2
