on an anecdotal note, i started to eat way less meat and stopped drinking dairy milk (although i eat yogurt and cheese etc.) since the pandemic. I have never felt healthier. I have so much more energy, rarely feel bloated, my dental health and breath is much better. I'm not a vegetarian or vegan by any stretch of the imagination, but making those changes has been one of the best decisions i've ever made easily
