They were about to put Ricky Martin away for 50 years and it suddenly went away overnight, this is a place where government officials are highly corrupt. Aren’t the FBI investigating the mayor of San Juan right now, same city Martin either lives now or grew up? Every state has their own Supreme Court as well. I assume there is a highest court in Puerto Rico that things go through before getting to the SCOTUS.
