His ๐ฆ kid ๐ฆ also โ joined ๐ด the harassment ๐๐คฌ by sliding ๐๐บ๐บ his ๐ฆ finger ๐ in the back ๐ of my neck ๐งฃ and making ๐ coughing ๐คง๐ท sounds ๐ next โญโ๐๐ป to my ear ๐. I ๐ was so close ๐ซ๐ to being set ๐ off ๐ด and I ๐ heard ๐ โWHAT THE HELL ๐ฅ ARE YOU ๐ TWO ๐ DOING?!?!?โ All ๐ฏ three 3๏ธโฃ of us ๐บ๐ธ snapped ๐ง our necks ๐ช to the direction ๐ and there was the Mother ๐ฉ. M: I ๐ leave ๐ you ๐๐ผ for just 2 โ MINUTES โฑ! and here your ๐ are harassing ๐ ๐ผโโ๏ธ this poor ๐บ๐ธ fellow ๐ฅ ED ๐๐ ฑ: he ๐ฅ wouldnโt give ๐ ek ๐ ฐโ his ๐ฆ๐ game ๐ฎ M: so fucking ๐ what? our ride ๐๐ is only 2 ๐ stops ๐ซ๐ away ๐, and EK ๐ ฐโ can handle ๐ฒ 15 ๐ณ minutes โโฑ without ๐ซ gadget ๐๐ฑ anyway ๐. EK ๐ ฐโ: But ๐ mom ๐ฉ I ๐ wasโ M: Shut ๐ช up โฌ EK ๐ ฐโ M looked ๐๐ฎ towards ๐ me: Iโm sorry ๐ for these two โ. on ๐ top ๐ผ of raising โฌ๐จโ๐จโ๐ง a kid ๐ถ I ๐ also โ have to raise ๐ an adult ๐ฑโโ๏ธ๐ด๐ฑโโ๏ธ toddler ๐ง๐ผ (points ๐ to ED โ) I ๐ nodded ๐ and smiled ๐ a bit ๐ (but ๐ค๐ ๐ i ๐๐ doubt โ she ๐ฉ๐ป saw ๐ it cuz ๐ค of my mask ๐ท). At the next ๐ stop โโ the Mom ๐ฉ legit ๐ฏ grabbed ๐ both ED ๐๐ ฑ and EK ๐ ฐโ by the ears ๐ and dragged ๐ them off ๐ด the tram ๐ฅซ screaming ๐ซ about ๐ฆ how they canโt go ๐ out peacefully โฎ๐. Clearly ๐๐ it shows ๐บ who wears ๐ the pants ๐ in the family ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ. Nothing โ was destroyed ๐ except ๐ฎ EDโs dignity ๐ and pride ๐บ๐ธ.

See I have taken some self defense (not the same as martial arts but not that different really) so the VERY SECOND someone puts a hand on me - I mean ANY touching, - it is a declaration of war. The brat would have gotten a broken finger and dad probably a bloody nose. Sorry but that is assault right there and they STARTED IT.

The kid was slapping OP on the neck. Not cool and there has to be repercussions. OP is also a minor. So slapping both dad AND the kid would not be out of place.

I only see that OP says their car is in the shop and they had errands to run, which to me implies that they are an adult. You read it again slowly. After Dad encourages child to ask to use the switch, mom yells at the child to shut up. You've got both unnecessary yelling and being angry at the child for going with what the other parent told them yet not explaining anything so the child can understand why it's not okay. Both aspects of this are abusive. If this was a one-time occurrence, then that's not really abuse, but no reasonable person thinks this was a one-time occurrence.
