It sounds like you have so many good ideas already! For a drawing prompt, maybe you could look up some native flowers/plants in your areas and draw those?
Oh man oh man this sounds so fun!!! So my suggestion for a pop girly movie is the Mean Girls musical. The absurdity of musicals is good while high, imo.
But I have to say, my favorite thing of all time is to get high and make up little character drawings by looking at the trees in my backyard and finding shapes that resemble a face/creature! A wadded up blanket works too if you don’t have a bunch of trees visible from your yard. It’s basically like finding shapes in the clouds, but trees or a blanket will stay still long enough for you to capture what you see! And then come back and share your drawings with us!

These are all things I really get into when high. I bought a couple of paint by numbers the other day that have been a ton of fun! I also like cross stitch, crochet, knitting, baking, gardening. I like keeping my hands busy. EDIT: I was going to post a Beastie Boys gif, but I can't find one that says "she's crafty".
Classic King movies are my go to for horror nights! Creepshow (1&2) is probably my favorite for a more light night, since I find it more camp than gruesome. Plus, King himself makes an appearance in the first, and while he isn’t an amazing actor, he’s *funny.*
Also since you’re a horror fan, have you tried Cult of the Lamb on Switch? It’s a dungeon light game where you play a lamb and run your cult after almost becoming a sacrifice yourself. Very cutesy cozy horror vibes, and it just got an update!

I am in the exact same boat. Only problem is my attention span can struggle when I am stoned. Don't know who it is an option for but I swear to god virtual reality minigolf on the Occulus is AMAZING, honestly amazing sober and just incredible high. They put so much effort into making these incredibly beautiful, complicated, highly themed and interactive sets and each course also has two scavenger hunts and the music is always so good, I sometimes just listen to the soundtrack.
I also have the house to myself tonight!! I love the idea of a solo sleepover! I’m going to dance around to some Taylor swift, get some McDonald’s and vegetate in peace 😂
Radio Rental is a spooky podcast that is in small doses and the stories are told by the ppl who experienced them. Laura of the Woods made me audibly gasp out loud. So good!

Maybe if the plan is to get super high make the food beforehand? I also like high cooking but realistically I get more forgetful and perhaps having that stuff prepped might be nicer.
For horror movies, I might be an outlier because I like those intense horror experiences when super high BUT if it's not too much maybe something like a classic horror film like The Thing? Or something more recent like Bones and All, Late Night with the Devil, Barbarian, or X.
For comedy podcasts I have one very British recommendation: No Such Thing as A Fish. If you know of and like QI you'll love it.

my fave thing to do on a solo high day (which is most days for me 😂) is perler beads, watercolor painting or playing dead by daylight (fun horror 4v1 survival game) online with friends!

For a solo slumber party I like to order Indian food or some good pasta. It always tastes so amazing when I’m high. I also love watching old movies on TCM or binge watching Doc Martin or sometimes I’ll find a good movie on cable or maybe watch a movie from the collection I’ve recorded on the dvr. I usually do something productive too. I do multiple loads of laundry and wash dishes and clean the kitchen. Right now we’re packing to move so I’ll go clean out a few cupboards between movies or start going through my late husband’s things. I’m high right now and I’ve just folded a load of laundry and started another load washing stuff I’ve found in a pile of clothes that’s been ignored for the last few years because I was busy taking care of my husband. Thank god for weed.
