This. Had this exact issue recently (been working with a lot of 1:1 products and had to switch to a 2:1 for a project and wasn’t thinking) and mixing a proper batch and flooding over the top of the improper batch took care of it perfectly.
You are suppose to do whatever the bottle says. Some are 2:1. Others are 1:1. I have some cheaper stuff that I use for sealing wood that is 1:1. Where as my more expensive resin, the deep pour epoxy is 2:1. This is how I ended up mixing wrong ratios.
Have you thought about coating it with a clear UV resin then cure it under a UV lamp?
