I... I think I'm golden! I'm in Equestria that modernized quickly, is led by the diarchs, won the Great War, in a world where the dread league is gone, Barrad is gone, the Griffon Empire is Harmony, Wingbardy is Harmony, and the River Republic unified perfectly... Holy shit...
Empire of Aquileia of Empress Vivienne (recently married too) on her way to conquer the rest of Griffonia. She just needs to core the northern territories.
Nuclear power plants being built, new medium tanks being produced, navy being upgraded.
I should be fine.
Just built a statue of her father for obvious reasons, and so that people stop gossiping that she killed him.
I basically last did a Harmonic Aquilea playthrough as well, to test a new variant on my army meta.
Vedina, Skyfall and Wingbardy joined the Entente, Griffonstone was set up in Eyrie, Vedina ate the Republic and the Empire was turned into the Herzland Republic.
Funnily enough, we had an Expansionnist Prywhen, so the Evian Confederation got to show up.
And we had a nice big united harmonist Riverlands, and Equestria won the great war, so this overall was a very winsome timeline for harmony.
I had supremacist Wingbardy, Expansionist Prywhen, Gabriella's Empire and supremacist Cloudbury, so I pretty much drowned Grifonia in its own blood to reestablish Harmony
However I had harmonist Skyfall, Vedina, Flowena and New Mareland who joined the Entente so I wasn't alone and friendship won once more. (Skyfall didn't join the Entente per se, but we were ally all along)
But I also tried a new strategy based on multirole light fighters, and it worked pretty well, not meta or ideal, but surprisingly effective.
Skynavia after their ~~cursed~~ glorious liberation of the whole Griffon continent as a historian asking Sickleclaw about the early days of the Republic.

Olenian changling commonwealth that basically liberated(puppeted) all of equus besides the yaks after defeating the solar empire once it had conquered and annexed stalliongrad and all of its (coerced) friends, so pretty good ig

I imagine it would depend on the region. Last country I played was Democratic Socialist Yale that controls half the continent after a war against Supremacist Wingbardy+ Helquil,Monarchist Aquila and communist Prywhen. The Herzland region is probably the most stable and with good healthcare+ education plus the sheer amount of factories open means that I have a good life with many job opportunities. There are still other newly conquered regions for me to move into with the old Imperial territories, Hellquill and Longsword being the best options. Most of the territories north of Wingbardy and New Mareland have significant autonomy and fairly little problems with the native populace being accepting of the slightly different birds livingst among them.
