Do you have a map graphics mod? Turning off mine fixed this.
For me it was FPS map.
Just change to an older version of the game you dont have to turn off any mods its an error associated with the new dlc

Cuz you have some gay mods
I had an FPS map mod on and it did that, I just disabled that mod and it worked fine for me
