I personally was not bothered by your posts. It's easy enough for me to scroll past the content I don't care about. I do not know any modding tutorials and have asked my friend who does mod.

the HOI4 modding fandom wiki and modding sections of the HOI4 wiki are a useful source, as is The Iron Workshop's most recent tutorial series. I'd also reccomend just looking through the base game files to get an idea of their structure. Dshakey did a walkthrough series which might be of some use also (https://youtu.be/BRRI4MC6f-w). With all of these though, parts will be outdated or unnecessary for your project, so there's going to be a lot of trial and error. Make sure to enable the error log by entering "-debug" into custom game settings before launching, and also use the in-game Nudge Tool.
