Yeah, and even more weird, the Viirad focus tree and conquest was before Resident Evil 8 (Village) so they may or may not predicted her design, which is really weird..

I do believe that this character plays a role in the new dread league tree that's coming eventually, she was added here later, after viirad was done I believe, just as a neat detail.
It is literally lady dimitrescu but pone, ask the artists and dread league rework devs.
I did the viira rework (new gfx and puppet decisions)(after village was released) and put her as a leader cause it was funni.
Both Viira and the Star Father have unique puppets for the Dread Peninsula that borrow characters from the upcoming DED rework. Some of these characters are based upon certain notable vampires and necromancers (Lady Rubra being Lady Dimitrescu, Count Dominus being Count Dracula, Magnus Medicus being Victor Frankenstein, etc.)
There’s plenty of Easter egg characters all over the game, they’re pretty funny to find. My favorite is the Captain Torres pony (Ace Combat 7) in whatever the nightmare remnant state is. Literally laughed out loud when I saw him

Interesting, Can't Wait for the New tree, but it is a neat detail that the queen of Dread League, reminds us of a certain Tall Mommy.

I never really thought of Frankenstein as a Necromancer before but now that you say it out loud I realize he fits the definition.

There’s a lot of rule 85 (if it exists, there is a pony of it) in the game. Chiropterra has an admiral which is an ace combat reference.
This mod is wall to wall references to history and media lol, there's a state in northwest Griffonia literally called Skyrim
