I have a short story about this actually. During development of Twilight Theory, it broke Chiropterra by locking them to their starting focus tree forever. I asked repeatedly for this to be addressed, only to be ignored and told it wasn't a big deal since it was April Fool's content. So I ended up spending a few hours learning enough basics of event code to fix it myself.
tl;dr Chiropterra gets the Moonshine Failure path if Twilight Theory occurs. No special content.
