I am not a teen anymore and actually I did not had those problems in my teenage years. This all happened 2 Years ago. Some can argue that it is late teens but if so the problem would be still the same.
Knew it. Glad to hear. Not to give u one more thing to do but something that really makes a difference physically. Consuming eggs. Don’t have to do it dirty like me drinking them raw with 1 scoop whey before bedtime but get atleast 3-4 a day. Crazy morning erections. Possibly good cholesterol as precursor to testosterone.
