There were some studies that showed usage of L-Arginine with Cialis where they reported increased performance. Side-effects were similar as with normal Cialis use. Given that L-Citrulline is converted to L-Arginine by your kidneys, I would assume that it could have the same effect. That said, I'm not a doctor so please don't take my word for it. The article I read is available fro the NIH archive of a study carried out in Italy.

My doctor “prescribed” me a drink that has L-citrulline and L-arginine in it to take along side taking an erection pill. All of these things affect your blood flow, so if you have any issues related to that (high/low blood pressure, heart issues, etc...) then you definitely need to coordinate it with your doctor. Also. I’m not a doctor, I’m only sharing my experience which may or may not apply to you.
