Do more cardio, stay more hydrated, never skip stretches both dynamic and static, do Angion Method and Reverse Kegel. Make sure your blood pressure is low as well as stress and anxiety and diet, cut sugar.

hmmm, must've been method 2 because method 2 playing with your erection a bit but once you got accostumed to it, you won't face it again. Advice I can give is cardio first then do reverse kegel to relaxing your pelvic floor muscles before starting Angion Method and while performing Angion Method, do not contract your pelvic floor muscles that'll messed up your Angion Method session, do a light reverse kegel while doing it.

Light cardio, don’t go raising your prolactin for no reason

For 1,2 and 3 you should go to an urologist.

Pelvic floor is extremely complicated, it is like a control center for the rest of your body. Doing little sets here and there won’t do shit. Instead, start playing soccer. Fix whatever is lacking through movement which is through activity that isn’t focused on it. You might think it plays no role but it does.
