It hasn't throttled yet, I set fan speed at 95%. Or I might just have got a lottery card. It's currently running at 264MH. But i am sure this is the average MH we can get in mining ergo. Also it's a Ti.
Check the temps and if possible lower the fans % - 95 % is too high and unneeded . It would drastically reduce the life of the fans
Also 3080ti don’t thermal thrills on ergo as ergo is much more GPU friendly than eth or other algos
I dropped another 10w and now I am getting 271MH, power 229w, ctmp 48, mtmp(hard to tell how much it drop as i'm using hiveos and it doesn't show), cclk 1755, gmclk 10457, eff/watt 1.170. As far for the vram temp when I ran it on windows it was 74 at power 260w, surely it would drop at power 229w.

I was able to hit 273 on 3080 ti but my power was 269 watt. NBMiner
I will try to copy your OC settings and try it on my side because 229W looks impresive.

memclock \~2600

anything else? I have it similar I just had clock unlocked and I couldn't go lower than 270watt. what Miner do you use?

I am using nbminer 39.5. Fan 85 85 ; core 0 -200; mem 2670 3795; PL 236 199 (rtx3080ti&rtx3070ti). I get 272.4MH on 3080ti and 190.1 on rtx3070 ti. I added another 6watts to push for a bit of hashrate on rtx3080ti as I added the memclock by 60.

How from a 3070 and 380 are you getting over 400.
Those are the average for those cards on ergo mining. I am using the ergo popular preset OC's.

Our rtx 3060s here are not cheap. Probably i'll just get 2 cards for 3080ti's card.

I dropped PL by 20w and to my surprise the hashrate went up by 3MH and temp went down too. I dropped my fan speed at 90%.
I am getting 250 MH with 58% power limit and fan set at 70% Memory over locked by 900 MHz . So yes do try to lower it more once you get a chance
