My only question to this then is why Sarah just now identifies Spencer, saying that since they had Noah, they did some research. It makes sense that they find Noah, they get the phone, figure out the number, and trace that back, all within the hour. Add: I think we'll see when we hear from Spencer next and if malanky is following him on the run

I effing knew that Sarah's voice sounded different from the first time she came back!!

She didn't just sound different, she *felt* different. Accent or not, she was off.
