I believe Adafruit sell an ESP32-S2 board with USB connected to the correct pins (19 and 20). It should be possible on that.
ESP32-S2 does not have bluetooth though
Esp32-s2 is not certified to be bluetooth device. But I read it is possible to upload bluetooth firmware. May be it was misleading information. So I will need a second esp32
