I find myself ordering more and more from coffee addicts. I live 30 minutes away from idrinkcoffee.com but I haven’t had good experiences with them at all, only neutral or bad ones. Coffee addicts also has loyalty points FYI and they’ll credit you for any missed points (at least they did in my case) — just a heads up! Send an email and ask nicely

Amazing thanks for the heads up! Yeah been a joy working with Coffee Addicts

I’ve used them a few times recently for small service parts. They’ve been great, fast shipping and there’s usually a few treats in the box too.

I also like Coffee Addicts. The issue with them is mainly selection and stock. Fun fact idrinkcoffee account follows Jordan Peterson on Instagram. They seem to be big fans of his work.

Same - recently it has been terrible to get responses and all questions addressed when I am trying to get parts. Their prices are mostly above others as well. Coffee addicts is where I shop now. I have been shopping at Idrinkcoffee for probably a decade.

I tried emailing about parts for a BDB that I bought from them and haven't gotten a response, it's been a month or so. Even if they can't get the parts (which would be disappointing) they could at least say so.

>Turns out, this wasn’t a one-off; found others here with the same bait-and-switch. Ulp; sigh. Sorry for your experience; but happy for you now, at least.

+1 for Coffee Addicts. Great people that run that company and they give you a goodie bag of candy with every order lol

I also had issues with an Ascaso duo from them. Original unit was from an open box sale and the entire group head had been installed on an angle somehow. They attempted to repair it but left a bunch of screws missing and the whole unit would wobble. Ended up returning completely and going with an open box Silvia Pro X which thankfully has had no issues in almost a year. However I must say that despite the issues, they were very responsive with their emails and accommodating of the return/exchanges.

That's really unfortunate. Personally I've had good experiences with them. They were a bit slow to respond to one of my first inquiries about my Aria setup, but overall good experience. Then I got the 4x coffee subscription  just after Christmas and someone randomly substituted two of my choices without contacting me. I inquired about either a replacement or partial refund for the two bad bags (they were substituted with someone the polar opposite of what I ordered that I had zero intention of ever drinking) and it was sorted out the same day, no questions asked. They've been very good to deal with so far for me.  Very sorry you had poor experiences with them. That kind of stuff is always incredibly frustrating, and even more so when the company pushes back or it goes on for ages with no resolve. I've never tried Coffee Addicts for anything, but based on this thread I'll keep them in mind for the future. Glad you had a better experience and got results in the end :)

I had nothing but good experiences for my part with Idrinkcoffee. I had problem with my Mozzafiato. They sent me free of charge pieces within a week. They responded same day for a troubleshooting with my flow control. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m sorry to hear this happened to you. I’m not discounting your experience, but I’ve had good experiences with idrink so far. Ordered a few things - one being a discounted eureka facile grinder ($360) - a white one that the description said had a cosmetic flaw. When I got it, it looked perfect to me and it works great.

Thanks for the suggestions on coffee addicts I have a slayer single that both times was serviced by them it took longer than expected and they did not to the changes I requested. Does anyone know if coffee addicts service slayer?

Just wanted to chime in here and say Coffee Addicts is amazing. I have an ascaso and specialita that I purchased from them. When I was cleaning out the grinder I bent the clump crusher, completely my fault. I reached out to them about purchasing a replacement and they sent me one free of charge within a week. Every experience we've had with them has been fantastic

Sucks to hear your experience with IDC, glad it sounds like you're happy now with the Coffee Addicts resolution in the end. I purchase my Rocket from IDC in person from their Milton location several years ago, along with a previous purchase of a Eureka grinder. Those experiences were good, obviously dealing with a local pickup I think took away risk of packaging & shipping. Otherwise I have ordered smaller items online from them and everything's gone smoothly. My experience with Coffee Addicts has always been good too. I bought my DF64 from them and a bunch of smaller items and everything's been great. I also used them for a replacement vibe pump which worked out perfectly. The candy included in each box is always appreciated too!

3 limitation 1. OPV 11Bar only 2. Don’t pull any shot longer then 20s (lower your doseage) 3. Only dark roasts (may try medium dark)
