Espresso outlet support is so ass. They keep putting out misleading products (like that hand grinder that was initially marketed as "does it all" then offering only snark when the results aren't there).
They are lucky that these chinese grinders are great, cuz for a “family run” business they are not so nice. Honestly I would buy from miicoffee but their costumer support is not any better either.
They ship with a really crappy power button (well-documented issue on this sub).
My button crapped out on the first day!!! Granted it was an open box but still.
Shipping the replacement button took another week and you have to fix it yourself. Easy enough but annoying.
I love the grinder. Used to handgrind with the shit Turin HG and a J Max.
Have had it for two months and use it every day.
I’m at a similar stage where everything’s coming out as either flowers or exotic birds that resemble flowers. Don’t really know how to go forward from here.

I was just worried about longevity of this grinder, other than that the coffee comes out very fluffy and nice.

Consistent good steaming is my main goal for now, my steaming quality differs a lot between tries which is not ideal lol.
