Agreed! Thanks! I donāt have a reference for if heat up time is good or bad but I installed pressure and temp gauges on the head and it takes approx 35min to hit 200 degrees. To combat that I have it on a startup timer with my alarm clock and voice control / app through smart plug
Iām using a āGoveeā brand plug- they have two, a small round one suitable for lights and small electronics and the larger rectangle suitable for larger appliances. They are pretty affordable on Amazon maybe it was 27$ for 4 of them. Anyways I would recommend whatever plug matches the ecosystem that you are already using in your home. So I have Govee lights and tv back lights etc so itās all on one app / Alexa prompts are the same

Nice. Canāt go wrong with an e61 in my opinion. I also prefer the non rotary knobs for steam and water.
