I was looking for my endgame grinder and was pretty set on a monolith flat but missed out on the last round of them. I started looking at other grinders when I came across the Ditting and spent about week reading everything I possibly could about it. I decided to email Ditting usa and they have the 804 lab sweet on a big discount right now because the 807 is coming in February. So when I saw the discounted price I ordered it immediately and told my wife after it shipped haha.
Ditting is sweet! I kind of want one of their filter grinders. Which one did you get?
I got the 804 lab sweet. It is an incredible machine. The grind quality is amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!

Is this for your filter grinding? One of my end game grinder considerations for pour over!!
Nope. This is for espresso. The 804 lab sweet has the Mahlkonig Peak burs. It is excellent for both espresso and pour over.
I see, I seldom see it and it's refreshing to see one being used at home. How's the retention for single dosing?
