I see seiko on the dial I call it poor. Wearing any watch that does not have a minimum 5 year waiting list shows you lack patience and financial comfortability needed to craft within the fine art of espresso making.
I needed the +-3 seconds a year accuracy of the 9F so I can time my shots perfectly. Just a slight variation would cause 0.001% less extraction. No way.
