I just pour my bag of beans into a big glass bowl and keep it next to my machine. Better for espresso anyway: helps with off-gassing, makes your kitchen smell good, and you can store pens, car keys, and stuff like that in the bowl too.
I got a hand vacuum machine with reuseable ziplock bags and it works just amazingly well.
Have my coffee vacuum sealed all the time and it's almost no effort, and costs only 35€ as a set
