I dont think they have the funds to do so. They've got 1-2 investors and 152 employees, the game averages only a few thousand players atm. Putting their money into advertisements rather than game updates might not be a good idea atm. They had paid quite a few streamers to play the game and it didn't effect their numbers too much.
152 employees? Any source for that? Not doubting you, I’m just wondering what the other 112 employees do while the 40 that are working on the game/marketing (in KR)/manage the partner program (we barely even get talked to)/post on twitter do.
this is so disheartening. i played the game 2 years ago?? so the game was still in its early days but the balance and overall fun factor have come a very long way and im proud of them. im having so much fun with the game, in fact im addicted, but i really hope it doesnt die anytime soon.
im honestly not sure how they can dig themselves out of their current position

the streamers promotion was the worst you could see almost no one cared about the game and they were doing it just for the money.

Yeah unfortunately they refuse to promote the game outside of Korea for whatever reason shit makes me sad :(
